01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777hub platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 777hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 777hub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 777hub enforces mandatory age verification for all new accounts.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 777hub or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by 777hub or its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

777hub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 777hub may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 777hub, you must create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

The following rules apply to all player accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real legal name, date of birth, and contact details. The use of false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777hub will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 777hub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• KYC Verification: 777hub operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

777hub reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

777hub supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• 777hub does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• 777hub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

777hub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 777hub reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Modification: 777hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 777hub Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by 777hub or any third party.

• Each game on the Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 777hub's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 777hub will endeavor to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the wager will be refunded.
• 777hub reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777hub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live dealer games where such conduct is prohibited by the applicable game rules.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777hub staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

08 Responsible Gaming

777hub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and they will be excluded from all marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications are available to remind players of the time and money spent during a session.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777hub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of 777hub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 777hub.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without 777hub's express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777hub, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system failures, or technical malfunctions beyond 777hub's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777hub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777hub's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Termination

777hub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Conduct that 777hub reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.
• At the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 777hub customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12 Amendments

777hub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who access the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

777hub operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines.
